Rottweil bereit sich auf die Landesgartenschau 2025 vor! Im Zuge dieser Neugestaltung entstehen neue Grünflächen, Spazierwege und Freizeitbereiche, die unsere Stadt noch attraktiver machen werden. Dafür sind umfangreiche Bauarbeiten nötig, die von März bis voraussichtlich Oktober 2025 auch den Bereich um unsere Apartments betreffen.

Die Arbeiten finden werktags zwischen 7 und 17 Uhr statt und können zu gelegentlicher Lärmbelästigung führen. Zudem wird der Zugang zum Haus zeitweise provisorisch geregelt.

Für unsere Gäste, die mit dem Auto anreisen:
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Anfahrt zu den Apartments zeitweise nicht möglich ist. Wir empfehlen den Parkplatz Nägelesgraben (Nägelesgrabenstraße 9), wo Sie bis zu 2 Stunden kostenlos parken können. Von dort erreichen Sie unsere Apartments in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß (ca. 300m).

Attention construction site!

Dear guests,

Rottweil is getting ready for the 2025 State Garden Show! As part of this redesign, new green spaces, walking paths and leisure areas will be created to make our town even more attractive. This will require extensive construction work, which will also affect the area around our apartments from March to probably October 2025.

The work will take place on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. and may lead to occasional noise pollution. In addition, access to the house will be temporarily regulated.

For our guests arriving by car:
Please note that access to the apartments is temporarily not possible. We recommend the Nägelesgraben parking lot (Nägelesgrabenstraße 9), where you can park free of charge for up to 2 hours. From there you can reach our apartments in about 5 minutes on foot (approx. 300m).
